Absolute nonsense this. If you look at the financial doping in the Premier League, I can't imagine how you can look at the completely unfair advantage Hull City have carved out for themselves with a straight face.

It's essentially setting Hull up to fail before the season's even started. In order to be compliant, they will need to offload a player or two, making them weaker than they were in the Championship but still having to try to compete in the Premier League. Absolute nonsense and just another example of the Premier League's determination to maintain the power of the big boys by preventing anybody else from mounting any sort of challenge.
This is exactly the reason why the same little group of clubs continuously yo-yo between PL and EFL.
