However absolutely no issue with moving Garner there and playing Rohl or Hackney alongside Norgaard.

Feels like we finally have so e flexibility in the team where moving one player out or to a different position doesn't end up with a catastrophic imbalance in the lineup.
That's a fair point, particularly since Garner has played a significant amount of games at RB for England.

Why ? He’s got the positional sense, the strength, the pace, the height, knows how to pitch the ball, can beat a man, can get forward. What’s not to like…I’d say he’s better situated at RB than JOB….
Big issue for me is I like him more in midfield…

Mainly because he's hardly ever played there, so will likely get exposed against good wide players.

Add in we can move Garner there who has shown he's more than capable, freeing up Rohl to play centrally, and it makes little sense imo.

I agree with all of that, but the risk might be he doesn't and looks to move if he's the stop gap. He got in the WC squad from his performance in midfield

travers is appalling and i cringe anytime he comes near being in goal for any everton game
please get rid
we need a more competent confident back up to englands number one
pickfords successor - not a chance

Off the game today with two of the kids my dad and brother.

Train from aigburth then walk from Sandhills, dunno how long the kids will manage but worst case scenario we get a quiet walk back to the station after an hour!

Gunna cost my dad in sweets and juice I reckon.
