Big development contract approved for the area between the Eldonian village and the 10 streets.

That 10 streets remains my big hope of being able to hang round this area on non-match days.

Nelson and Bramley Moore have been classed as Northern Docks since Liverpool Waters initial planning.

Not much floating about around original plans anymore (pre-stadoim), but this is the current plan:

Northern Docks, including the new £500m Everton FC Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock, will be a truly unique neighbourhood.
Outline planning permission includes provision for a marina with floating residential and retail units, community and leisure opportunities, as well as substantial investment in new public realm that will enhance the stunning views of the River Mersey and the Wirral.

However, a full revision and resubmission of the master plan is underway:
