The recruitment has been criminal this year. We've spent about 100m on players who wouldn't be in our first 11 and don't even have a first team right back. We've spent about 100m on players who wouldn't even be in our first 10

Yeah fair enough

I’d seen nothing of him before we signed him and was hopeful, still am, but if there is upside potential, it’s very very very good at hiding

Fucking hell that’s the worst performance from a left back I’ve ever seen with mykolenko

He fucking stinks. Can’t even take a throw in properly.

How Ndiaye didn’t slip Dibling in here I don’t know.

Then he just aimlessly dribbles to the corner flag and falls over looking for a foul.

Palace are a good team playing well but we just haven’t been doing anywhere near enough. More running, more energy. Foul them and disrupt. Too many mistakes and not enough off ball movement leaves players hoofing it long and dribbling down cul-de-sacs.

Can only be better in the 2nd half as that was as bad as it gets, not taking anything away from Palace at all, who were terrific.

Yep, second in the table as it stands. Above the shite (so at least there's that).

Palace being a good, dangerous, organised team will get lost a bit amid our frustration at our own ineptitude but it’s deffo worth bearing in mind.

Disgraceful performance this, clueless up front, overrun in midfield, fullbacks non existent. Moyes needs to do a lot better tactically. They played in Europe on Thursday and they've got double our energy.

If we are gonna win this it's gonna be like last season when Mcneil got 2 lucky goals.

They look like a side who have played together, consistently for 20 months, and we for 2.

They know their roles and we're still trying things and working things out.

So it makes sense.

Our fullbacks are terrible and it's worrying that Moyes can't see it. Coleman/Patterson/Aznou need to come in now because this can't continue. It's absolutely killing all our play. Grealish and Dibling are basically getting pinned on the halfway line.

Absolutely nobody willing to drive through the midfield either.

It's been a fucking disgrace.
