Would love to win and send spurs down I hate West Ham as well so if they went it would be great as well spurs going would be seismic though

Re: David Moyes
Eh, 9th/10th might not be exciting but it would still be some forward progress, maybe not what we wanted just a month ago but probably what most would have been ok with 9 months ago.
It's not too likely though, so it's likely not worth the debate currently about the merits or lack thereof to finishing just in the top half.
I think anything that can show some forward momentum is helpful for bringing in better players though, so for that reason alone I'd much prefer that to ending in the bottom half.

Re: David Moyes
No me neither but it will give moyes plenty of room in terms of claiming some progress

Re: David Moyes
A lot of chat on most of the Everton fb pages about hope he moves upstairs. I wouldn’t want Moyes being our dof or equivalent judging by the links we are seeing.

Re: David Moyes
No doubt 9th is progress considering what has gone on last 5 years but can’t help feeling it’s a huge chance lost considering where we were 6 games ago
Re: David Moyes
The Everton facebook pages are the absolute worst for being full of absolute clueless whoppers. They come up in my feed all the time and I read them in morbid fascination at the incredibly unrealistic and stupid opinions all over the place.sam of the south wrote: ↑Fri May 22, 2026 6:51 pm A lot of chat on most of the Everton fb pages about hope he moves upstairs. Yeah same, absolute lunatics.
It’s the reason I think someone like Iraola wouldn’t even get a bedding in period.
