Re: Tottenham v Everton
Running on to the pitch after last day escapes is justified, just by the sheer relief, especially as we went in to at least one in the bottom three iirc. Also from what I’ve seen recently, I’d say we’re a lot more passionate fan base, just ask Richy.

Ours was a great escape. Coming back from 2 nil down (admittedly not the last game of the season) they were never going down on the day. We never threatened them until there wasn't enough time to score 2 anyway.
Nothing wrong with the celebrations. Everything wrong with not learning the lessons

Re: Tottenham v Everton
Id say that spurs fans are just disconnected.
The absolute stress of the season for Everton fans, the amount of energy and turning up we gave the team week in week out.
It was exhausting mentally.
Spurs fans seem a little step away from full on passion.
So I'm not surprised.
It's like the players going sick after the goal and the subs bench all over the place, it seemed performative.

Another Everton First to be proud of. Stick it on the wall with the rest in our empty trophy room.NomadskiEFC wrote: ↑Sun May 24, 2026 6:04 pm Arsenal won the league, just lifting the trophy.

To his credit, Rohl tracks back. Dibling just wanders about. Hence not getting played.TrevorSteven wrote: ↑Sun May 24, 2026 3:53 pm If Dibling had played like Merlin is doing - Moyes would have thrown him out of the pitch at half time and told him he won't play for the next year.
