Pretty happy with the 11 Moyes is picking. Would like Patterson and Chermiti to get minutes and Alcaraz to start games now but aside from that, wouldn't change much.

Pickford

Rb branthwaite obrien lb

Rw gana cm ndyaie

Alcaraz

Striker

That’s who we should be building our team round.

Still a lot of unknowns with loan players, players out of contract and young players who could be a part but could be out on loan.

If we go into next season with the likes of tarkowski, mykolenko and McNeil starting then it’s fine but I would like upgrades.

With so much needing to be done I would like to see players like Armstrong, Tim and Chermiti stick around and get a good amount of minutes.

On the premise that we're definitely safe and Ndiaye comes back then I'd like to see this for a few games:
. Pickford
O'Brien Tarkowski Branthwaite Mykolenko
Gana Iroegbunam
Patterson Alcaraz Ndiaye
Chermiti
.
Not sure there is a good fit for the spot next to Gana, nor am I convinced Iroegbunam is the answer, but we may as well see what he's got over a sustained number of games than Garner fill the space when he's already a known entity.

Patto in the role Lindstrom has been playing which is essentially a RWB/RW hybrid position. Think it would give him a bit of confidence to show what he can do and means any mistakes he makes are less likely to be exploited compared to being at RB. Bit of a final chance for him to prove he's worth keeping in the squad after a pretty crap 3 years.

If we're going to make a decision on whether to sign him, Alcaraz needs the chance to show what he can do in the number 10 position and not much better time to find out with Doucoure apparently not being offered a new contract.

Cherminator looks like he's got something about him, so with the pressure off and Broja/Beto not exactly cementing that spot then it's worth giving him a go. Think Beto would be better as a bench option at this point anyway.

If Lindstrom, Harrison and Doucoure have no future at the club then considering we have twice as many points as 18th place, I'm not sure what the point of playing them would be.

Regen.

Leighton or Lucas, not particularly fussed but we need someone good and new, borrowed, on the left. Current options need not apply.

Defo more in favour of Chermitti over Broja

Think moyes might want to see what Broja can offer in the last eight games.

We’re not going to sign him for £20m but they’ll be an opportunity for another loan so it’s not totally pointless playing him.

Would love to see Cherms start. He just looks the business.
