Sam Allardyce tonight showed a new level of arrogance and lack of respect towards the Evertonians who travel the length and breadth of the country to follow Everton.
As he walked from the pitch after watching his side throw away a lead at Burnley – who have never won a Premier League game after going behind under Sean Dyche – he smirked as Everton fans chanted “**** off Sam Allardyce” as anger filled the away end.
His TV interview with Sky following the match got no better as he appeared to laugh when told that Everton fans were frustrated at what they had seen.

Allardyce, who had yesterday compared the levels of expectation at Everton to those at recently-promoted Newcastle and West Ham United, clearly has no respect for Everton or our supporters.
The man came out of retirement and collects a King’s ransom in doing so, safe in the knowledge that no matter how poorly he performs, or how little respect he shows his new employers, he will leave with a bank balance fatter than a hamster’s cheeks at feeding time.
There is no place at Everton for people like Allardyce and the sooner Farhad Moshiri learns that, the better it will be.
