As one Panto is cancelled, another one continues

The antics of boardroom members at Goodison is being blamed for the cancellation of Bluenose Productions at the Empire Theatre.

The show was set to feature a host of ex-Evertonians such as Neville Southall, Brian Labone and Kevin Ratcliffe, but scriptwriter Mike Howl said: “It seems fans are just not in the mood for a laugh.”

Meanwhile, back at Goodison, well, we say Goodison, more like in his house “dannn sarf”, Bill Kenwright appears as reluctant as ever to give up his position at Everton, further frustrating Paul Gregg’s plans to bring investment into the club.

David Moyes has called for this dispute to be ended before the first game of the season, to settle his squad, and, more importantly, so he can add to the dwindling numbers.
