Everton have had a hard time finding the back of the net so far this season. So, to remind us of what it was like to watch a side who could score goals, and to whet your appetite for what is sure to come, we caught up with Graeme Sharp, who scored 159 goals during his Goodison Park career and now works as the club’s “Fans Liason Officer.”
Graeme may not have started off as an Evertonian, and may even have been unsure as to whether Everton were the club to join as a young striker, but he has become a great Evertonian, and spoke openly and passionately about his time at the club as a player.
So, rather than do my best Paxman impression, the conversation was simply given direction, and Graeme was more than happy to share his experiences with us, and let us in on some embarrassing moments too!
