Daire was diagnosed with Apert Syndrome, a genetic disorder characterised by the premature fusion of certain skull bones. The early fusion prevents the skull from growing normally and affects the shape of the head and face.
His mother was told that he would not see the weekend, Daire who is now 6 years of age has shown what a fighter he is, you can follow his Journey Here .
The club are happy to give Daire the Everton treatment when he gets over for the game, and that is where we come in, all of the money from the family goes on caring for young Daire and the Belfast section of the Everton family are hoping to raise funds for the flights and the accommodation for them to get to a game next season, we can help by following the Facebook page Here, this page will include updates of all the fund raising that will be taking place and will be providing a link to a just giving page.
