The pacy forward shone in the 2014 World Cup for his side in Brazil, but has shown only flashes of his ability in a West Ham shirt.
Now, as he stands at just over 5 feet 8 inches, he is deemed too short to be seen from the stands at West Ham’s new ground, and is therefore available for transfer.
Joyce, who is often cited as a reliable source, also claims the deal could be made permanent for around £14.5m if he impresses at Everton.
