Bolasie came on in the second half and made an instant impact with his direct style of play, creating chances and causing the West Brom defenders problems for the second time in a week.
The former Crystal Palace man said that making his debut made signing for Everton seem much more real.
“For me it was all about three points today,” he said.
“I’m delighted to make my debut because it hadn’t felt real until I actually came onto the pitch and realised I’m actually an Everton player.”
When asked about the travelling Everton support, Bolasie said, “I’ve heard a lot of things about them and today they were out of this world.
“I wish them a safe journey back home.”
