Reported as a “dry loan” – a loan without the option to buy built in to the deal – Deulofeu is all set to move to Milan on loan until the end of this season.
One of the reasons the loan deal will not include an option to buy is that the clause in the deal to bring him to Everton which enables Barcelona to take up first option on the player is still live.
Deulofeu has completed just two full matches this calendar year, and sources close to the club have hinted recently that Ronald Koeman is not a fan of the Spaniard’s abilities.
