Everton have reportedly had a bid totalling £45m for Gylfi Sigurdsson rejected by Swansea City.
The Blues are believed to have put in the second bid together which included £5m of add-ons should certain objectives be met by the player.
Everton had apparently had a £40m bid rejected as The Swans hold out for £50m for the 27 year old.
