Allardyce refuses to fuel speculation on players future

Allardyce EvertonEverton boss Sam Allardyce says that he doesn’t want to create speculation on players who could leave in the January transfer window.

The Blues’ boss was asked about which players have a future at the club but said he didn’t want to create speculation but that if a player wanted to leave then he would have to accept that.

“I think I’ll wait to see who comes in for who rather than create speculation,” he said.

“I don’t want to create the rumours that are always created in December and January.

“If a club approaches us for a player then we’ll have a discussion and if we think it’s right for the club we’ll ask the player.

“That way would be much better than speculate on who I’m going to let go.

“There’s not a player who has knocked on my door and said they want to get away but if they did we’d more than likely accept it.”
