Morgan Schneiderlin

Schneiderlin’s wife posts heartfelt message on Instagram

Morgan SchneiderlinThe wife of Everton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has posted a heartfelt message on her Instagram page saying how proud she is of her husband after he played for the Blues following the death of his father.

The Frenchman lost his father shortly before the game at Goodison Park but was determined to give his all for his team and for supporters who – as his wife Camille states – haven’t always been as supportive as they could have been.

Schneiderlin was replaced by manager Marco Silva 90 seconds before the half time whistle, but rather than rush down the tunnel sat on the bench to speak with his team-mates.

The message from his wife read, “Just a message to say I’m just so so proud of you my husband, trying to play for your team after what we just lived this week…The lost of you dad 😞💙

“I really hope that some people never never gonna doubt again about your commitment or say that you didn’t give your best on the pitch because they really don’t know the kind of person, professional and hard worker you are.

“You are the strongest person I know, you didn’t say anything, continuing to work hard to show them your desire and fight to play, let your sister , mother and family in France, and I know how difficult it was…

“So maybe your head wasn’t completely there but you tried your best ❤️

“I know how your dad was proud of the man you are 🙏🏼 And he would have been so so proud of you today also my love🌟

“I love you and respect you so much , forever with you 🙌🏽
