Everton are also surprising many with their attacking style of play, in which the new manager has moulded them into one of the most dangerous attacking sides in the league. This has led to many putting their free football tips on them to qualify for European football this season.

Since Marco Silva arrived in English football his philosophy has been attractive attacking football. It was the same at Watford, which is why Everton snapped him up.

This has led to very exciting times at Everton, in which they pose are really potent threat to each side in the league. You only have to look at the results in the league this season, in which outside of the ‘top six’ they have only been defeated by West Ham so far. The defeat to Arsenal is blamed on a poor decision from the referee’s assistant, while the other defeat away to Manchester United was a close game, which could have gone either way. This shows the progress the team has made, going to Old Trafford and challenging.

Everton now sit in ninth place and just six points out of the top four. European football is now a realistic target come the end of the season. They are now coming off another impressive performance in which they dispatched of an inform Brighton side with ease.

This game was also all about Brazilian star, Richarlison. He really has transitioned into the side with ease and is quickly becoming the key player in the side. The Brazilian is already proving money well spent and is likely to be the catalyst for the side moving forward. This led to his manager calling him a fantastic player.

So what next? Everton now have a difficult run of fixtures, which could be key come the end of the season, if they are to qualify for Europe.

Next up, Everton take on the thriving Chelsea side in what could be one of the toughest games of the season. Any points picked up here would be seen as a success. Everton then welcome Cardiff, a game where all three points will all but be expected for them.

Then it is an away trip to the attacking powerhouses of Liverpool, who continue to be the main side challenging Manchester City, and will be a real test of Marco Silva’s transformation of Everton. This is a difficult period for Everton but one they go into in flying form.
