NSNO has been given images from a document produced at the end of 2018 which seem to show advanced plans for a new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock, complete with safe standing provision.
The images show that the new ground will have an initial capacity of 52,000 seats, an uplift of around 13,000 on the current capacity, and feature a single tier home end, which has the potential to include a safe standing element in the future.
An increased corporate capacity is also included, while plans for a multi-storey car park next to the ground also feature.
The design is bowl-like, with one continuous roof line which, should Everton expand the stadium in the future, could be given more character.
