Everton are planning a £40m bid for Moise Kean in an attempt to convince Juventus into selling him, according to TuttoSport.
The Blues have long been rumours to have a strong interest in Kean, and many have expected bids to go in sooner, but it appears that there could now be some movement on the potential transfer.
Kean, whose agent Mina Raiola is well known to Everton and the fans, is apparently one of a few players that Juve are prepared to sell in order to free up funds.
The Italian giants want to bring in Inter Milan forward Mauro Icardi and want to offload Kean as a way to make room, and also balance the books in the eyes of financial fair play.
Will a £40m offer from Everton be enough to start the ball rolling on talks?
