They’ll be lumped in together because they’re similar players, from the same club and are a similar age - but Rodriguez was the much safer bet. Despite what the press say, he did have a successful loan at Bayern - he just fell out with Zidane and had some injury issues.

Isco seems like a different case entirely - seems to have fallen out of love with football and married a chef.

It's a terrible article based on comments off twitter.

I read it a few weeks back and completely dismissed it as rubbish.
