He's not played a minute of football this season, so you'd expect he'd need a few weeks to get himself up to speed.

Then factor in his injury record, age, lack of games over the last three years, then moving to a league where the physical demands are higher than anywhere else and it's hard to see him getting anywhere near 20 games over a 6 month period.

Reality will be we'll be paying around 150k for somebody to play about ten games at most without ever really being up to speed. Pointless signing imo

If you think an injury prone 33 year old that hasn't played one minute of football this season will suddenly come in and play up to twenty games from January then fair enough. I had all the above concerns about Fabian Delph and look how that's turned out
