Could get away with him sitting in and Allan and doucoure being the legs around him but its not an inspiring signing or even rumour
Simply simply lovely

If we are going after older players I would rather Isco
Are we there yet?

A 6 month/one year deal to allow Gbamin to get up to speed, wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.

If we *need* to get into Europe quickly then we’re going to have to find a way to do it quickly.

How many games in a six month spell do people expect him to play?

Isn't Digne out for 2 months and misses something like 14 games?

Could have sworn we weren't living in 2012.

Ok, I'd expect him to play in 20ish games in 6 months if signed, better?

He's not played a minute of football this season, so you'd expect he'd need a few weeks to get himself up to speed.

Then factor in his injury record, age, lack of games over the last three years, then moving to a league where the physical demands are higher than anywhere else and it's hard to see him getting anywhere near 20 games over a 6 month period.

Reality will be we'll be paying around 150k for somebody to play about ten games at most without ever really being up to speed. Pointless signing imo

Or he could've kept himself in great shape, recovered from injuries and is good to go? If we could predict the future then that's be a bonus, but reality is we can't otherwise we never would've signed a 23 year old Gbamin

Literally not worth typing my comment
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

If you think an injury prone 33 year old that hasn't played one minute of football this season will suddenly come in and play up to twenty games from January then fair enough. I had all the above concerns about Fabian Delph and look how that's turned out

I personally think we'd be lucky to get anywhere near ten games, and even then at what level would he be at?

No point in this.
