think we will win just by 1 nil or 2 one - if they were playing us straight after agame a couple of days ago - xmas fixtures - maybe a draw but we are fresh - confident coming off the back of 2 victories - we have our fans back - get in!
and
richarleson is back - always scores in bursts over 2/3 games and DCL is hungrier than ever

ps
been on the gooners fansites - jeez they are not a happy bunch - they hate arteta and they want us to win and get arteta sacked
and they are talking of being relegated - wow

I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

Yeah, and I’d say Arteta had a lot more to work with.

Looks like we made the right choice in getting the best man available and not falling for the temptation of a club icon.

They’d be flying if they had Carlo. Probably title contenders.

When it all began, I was saying I'd rather Arteta managed us.

Hoping they play with a touch too much desperation and we pick them off clinically.

Pretty confident of a good result but the scars from the majority of the last seemingly 2 million years aren't completely healed yet.

Got picked in the ballot for this but have had to work. Assume this means I won't get picked again now?

Haven't Arsenal only scored something like 3 goals in 9 games and one was a pen?

I know that doesn't matter but given how resolute we have been the past few games surely they cant be blowing us away here?

Stick with the same tactics and we should have this.

I know footy doesn't work like that but I'm looking forward to our approach today.

Too much positivity lol. We didn’t expect to beat Leicester and Chelsea now we expect to beat Arsenal.

I hope we can get out of that trend and actually win when we expect to.

They've got a shitload of problems with players - bad attitudes, indiscipline, injuries, just bang average players in certain positions. Not an easy club for any manager to manage at the moment, let alone a very inexperienced one. They've been lucky that fans haven't been in because the atmosphere would've been poisonous during this run.

Not to mention the issues higher up at the club.

Of course they have people who can hurt us, and could win a one off game, but if we play with the right shape, discipline and we get our transition and our set pieces right, I think we'll win this maybe 2-0 and keep them at arm's length.

Most of the time we've played Arsenal since I've been alive, the match has been totally in their hands, and if they turned up and played the way they could, they won, regardless of what we did. For me, if we execute everything we need to properly (like the Leicester game), we win the game, almost regardless of what they do.

Arsenal have more rebuilding work than we have. They have plummeted over the last five years.
They have some good younger players coming through like Saka, but apart from Aubamayang, Leno, Gabriel and Tierney they probably need to revamp the whole first eleven.

They'll be a club in transition for quite some time.
