Would love to win this one, but there's plenty of other good teams in it, even if we beat Utd, so we're a long way from the trophy still.

I'm seeing this one as a bit of a free hit, and not stressing too much about it. Utd are dangerous and in good form, and we're probably a bit knackered after a run of hard working wins, so if they have too much for us on the day, so be it.

This. A win would be great but donít really mind either way. Need to give quite a few a rest. Busy part of the season coming up where games come thick and fast. Need rest so people donít get injured.

We have a real shot at top 4 this season. Should concentrate totally on that.

Yeah, they do look dangerous and are in good nick at the moment.
However you have to say they've been aided and abetted by some pathetic defending in the last 2 games.
I watched the sheff utd game and sheffield were so bad it wasn't true, the goals they let in were awful and all preventable with just half decent defending.
Also i don't think utd are all that great at the back themselves, there's been a number of examples this season where the've not covered themselves in glory.
We have to get that overated lump Maguire running around.
It will be hard, but it is winable.

Just thought heís played more than Mina, time for a rest

With Uniteds pace up front would definitely keep Holgate and Godfrey in

True but CBs tend not to need a rest, and given the form he's in I'd keep him in.  Great we have so many good options at the back now though to give the manager quandaries like this.

The chances of seeing Nkounkou start at LB are just about at 0, I reckon. I don't think we want the possible Wan-Bissaka/Greenwood combo attacking his side. Leave Godfrey right where he is.

Wonder if we will see Holgate or Godfrey move to DM with Coleman back. Would prefer that over Gomes to be honest

Imagine beating these and then getting Newcastle in the SF
Only to be undone by a Steve Bruce masterclass with Newcastle getting 1 shot on target, conceding 16 and beating us 2-1.

Stoke's been on a lengthy run of form! We don't want them! :D

(They really have though, 21 pts out of their last 10 games)

I'm desperate to win this. Worry about the next round when we're in it.
