Potentially, Im merely speculating but I suspect offers are coming in but significantly lower than what the selling clubs were hoping for. Think there will be more loans than big deals as they won't be able to agree a fee, but are keen to move the wages on?

Towards the end of the window the club need to be shipping Bolasie and co to anyone who will contribute anything towards their wages, even 10 or 20% just to get them out of the club for the good of everyone.
