Our form is worrying going into these.
That said, we seem to do much better against decent teams this year, and fuck it up against the ones we should beat 🤷‍♂️

I mean, I haven't been impressed with Wolves this season.

However, they just seem like a side that will beat us.

Should be three points in the bag for us as long as we are prepared to battle. I sincerely hope Godfrey plays as left back to nullify Traore.

Negative bunch, we've got our main attacking threat back. COYBs
Wolves are hardly pulling up any trees.

I like the way Wolves are developing under SNES. Quietly transforming from newly-promoted - to solid-Premier League - to European-spot-contenders. They're doing very well for themselves.

Good recruitment, well-drilled, high confidence.

Having said that, I will be very disappointed if we don't take 3 points off these. I'm ok with the odd freak win or loss, no-one is completely consistent, but regularly turning over the teams around and below you is what makes a very good season.

And thatís just it Iím afraid we are going to realise exactly where we are after this and the Villa game.  We win at home, they win at home  and we are still very much in the company of these teams in our development.  Which means at best a decent season and not a great one.

Hope Iím wrong and not the end of the world if we are, but the Christmas run was a nice taste of utopia which Im not looking forward to coming back down from. If nothing else the Gylfi thread fills me with dread.

Feel the next 2 games are season defining. 2 teams that we are likely to be competing with for Europe away from home.

If we do manage to get 4 to 6 points out of them I think we can kick on from there. If we lose both we are back into a mid table grind and best hopea of a Europa spot.

Would have taken us to halfway point too if nit fir city game being cancelled. So after villa game we have a good indicator anyway kf where we are as a team having played everybody (bar city)

They arenít great up top without Jimenez Neto and traore are dangerous but I saw them against a poor Brighton team and they struggle to defend set plays or crosses I think we can sneak it 2-1

Ancelotti has to start Richarlison at CF then.

You won't even know Tosun is playing against their CBs. Like starting with 10 men against PL opposition.
