Even early on in the season, it looks like a mistake to have not sold Kane. It’s a bit simplistic to say this, but their best game this season by far was the first game without him and they could’ve added some extra quality where they needed it.

He’s a great player but I think but picture it looks like a mistake.

Absolute no brainer to have sold him. He's just about at his highest peak and there's no way Spurs will get close to that next summer.
Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're right.

Yeah mad decision not to sell him.

I kind of feel sorry for him. He clearly cares a lot about his career and deserves much better than stagnating at Spurs.

Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

How is that not a pen on Kane?

With Levy, a lot of the time it's a pissing contest, rather than what would benefit the club in the longterm. He seems quite insecure and bothered about how he's perceived in deals, rather than making sound decisions.

Villa sold Grealish, and already look like a more rounded team.

That was shocking, I don't you could get more of a stone wall penalty. I'm not sure how the VAR didn't award it

There remain some weird VAR decisions.

Football has been quite pleasant and stress free this weekend.
Being Irish, he had an abiding sense of tragedy, which sustained him through temporary periods of joy.

As shite as they’ve been, Spurs would be well in this if Kane hadn’t missed a couple of sitters.

NBC are billing the Palace v Brighton game tomorrow as a derby match.

They’re nowhere near each other though. Why would they think this?

It is a derby, dates back to the 70's I think when it all kicked off after a game, it's called the M23 derby. Think it's a bit Micky Mouse myself but the fans hate each other and feel the rivalry so fair enough.

Always thought teams had to be close. More a rivalry in this case but as you say whatever floats their boat.

Not actually sure there are any decent sized teams between them (geographically) are there?
