Clearly you've never been smashed in the face with a glass ashtray.
I came here to chew bubblegum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Speaking to mates in Italy, they think it is a great appointment. In Europe he is seen as close to the same level as Ancelotti. In terms of pulling power, pretty much identical.

Please don't give me hope, it's the hope that makes it hurt the most.  ;)

I would rather be relegated this season if it meant getting rid of him in short time.

Pathetic.

I saw it happen to someone in a nightclub back in the day.

It didn't look like it tickled and I don't think his teeth appreciated it

Exactly, so if you want that instead of RB as manager, well pray you don't get what you wished for. Have at it.

I know, but @blargins did it to me recently so I thought I'd pass on the invitation to despair.
Being Irish, he had an abiding sense of tragedy, which sustained him through temporary periods of joy.

Them were halcyon days when a new manager meant hope and a bright blue future. Moshiri has managed to embarrass the fan base twice in less than five years.

He's under immense immediate pressure, I just don't understand our board.

I hate to say it but they just come across as thick bastards. Like, hello? Anybody home?

He's got to win minimum 6, probably 7, out of those first 10 fixtures otherwise the fume will be out of control and rightly so. You fuck over the fans like this you'd better be able to back it up with results.

I hope we are in the top 6 after these first (on paper favourable) 10 matches for his and the board's sake. Things will get ugly fast around here if not.

Crazy, crazy decision Mosh.

To be honest the warning signs were there when he appointed Allardyce.

About time we stopped fooling ourselves, there is no plan to progress,  it's simply about staying in the league.

I'm glad I have that in writing. :)

When did I give hope though?
Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're right.

They did the right thing in delaying it foe well over a week but with sources confirming it was happening. Feels like he's been out manager for a while now.
He needs for this board to bring in some talent now because he won't get a tune out of this pile of wank.
I'm still pissed at their collective distinct lack of desire at finishing strongly last season.

You naively assume everyone else’s reasoning matches yours.

No, I have stated my reasoning. I havent made any assumptions about the reasoning of anyone else?

You did, though..
