BBC Sport has some good articles and this piece on Speed, which is worth watching.

I don't really get affected by famous people who I don't know dying, but this one really got to me at the time. Still find it tough to read and hear about it.

Hopefully this has helped people to understand that if you're not okay then you can and should talk to people about it. Dan Walker saying that if Gary Speed had done that, he'd probably still be here today.

Remember it vividly.

That piece on football focus today is a tough old watch.

Bless him, man.

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.Ē

Tough to watch that.

I hope Dan Walker is right that men are better talking about their feelings than a decade ago but I will admit my missus had to drag me to the docs and to the counselling (which I very forcefully pointed out would be pointless as a stranger couldn't help how I felt - I was wrong) that followed after a couple of bad back to back bereavements a few years ago. I wasn't ready to talk to my mates then at all. It's a difficult thing to understand in hindsight because I now totally see the value of speaking up and can't imagine why I didn't then but I absolutely didn't.
