Anyone defending the inclusion of Osman, Hibbert, and Anichebe in the team has no right to complain if we finish mid-table. Any team containing those three has over achieved if it avoids relegation. I want more for EFC. That means getting rid of players like those.

Yes, because with an even thinner squad, preferably one with no recognised right back we would perform a lot better.

Osman is vastly under-rated

Even if for some bizarre reason you rate Neville our best RB Hibbert certainly wouldn't be far behind.
