Was there any information given in the presentation as to where in the stadium or how they would increase capacity if required?

Ah ok, so the increased capacity doesn't involve any further construction just the modification to the rail seating in certain sections.Would love to see the safe standing, that really would be the icing on the cake.

Sandhills is literally 15 mins away, don't need a new station. Ill be walking there, take about 30 mins from Bootle, go along Derby road and have a bevy at the new bars that will open

Yeah... it's no further from Sandhills than Goodison is. It would be nice though to have a dedicated station that is all shiny and new that gives the fan a nice walk to the ground.

To quote Historic England, "Historic England argue that Liverpool's docklands, a Unesco World Heritage Site, are the “pride” the city and “key to its global significance” and they are concerned that Everton's plans to build on the biggest of the docks in the Stanley Dock complex poses a significant threat to special character of the area."

If by "special character" they mean derelict and forgotten waste ground, untouched for 50 years, then yes, this development seriously affects it. As someone mentioned earlier, the Tories don't give flying fcuk for heritage outside of the home counties, and will certainly not derail a construction thatw ill provide a boost to the economy and so many local jobs with the current state of affairs. It will get called in and then rubber stamped.

I know there was loads of debate on this before, but now we've reached 400million people in 2 days and the whole of latin america has pledged allegiance to the flag, 50,000 stadium is looking smaller an more pessimistic than ever

Not really... if was 60000 it would probably only increase our match day revenue by 10 mil a year. Where as our potential to sell absurdly overpriced merchandise to a now massively expanded market across 3 continents is eye watering.
