It's absolutely sound in my opinion. There would be literally no point in them existing if they couldn't raise objection to an historic piece of Dockland being filled in.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

The other thing that bugs me about this is the fact that it isn't unique and it has been done before.

Albert Dock has been transformed into a top city attraction and today it is a vibrant and relevant part of Liverpool.

Admittedly, their plans did not include filling the Dock in, but how many docks are there all together along the front?

Got to be 6 or 7 or something?

To have only one of them filled in for a big development that will benefit everyone in the city seems an acceptable trade to me, seeing as how there are still several other, derelict,  run-down docks for Historic England to go and hold their emo-parties in.

For fuck's sake!

Read somewhere they're preserving the dock walls so it could be reverted back if the club leaves the grounds. Plus it's disused and in disrepair, fill that shit in yesterday.

Also, didn't they fill in docks to build the poo-poo-plant?

The council approved this subtle change to a Grade II listed building yesterday. We might be alright.

Historic England really should have bigger fish to fry.

Kind of curious as to what will be found in the dock once water is pumped out.

Probably old figurines of Schneiderlin or replica shirts with Nyarko on the back thrown in the Mersey in anger.
