Koeman played him quite regularly

It was Unsworth, Allardyce and then Silva who didn’t.

Would have preferred if we could have found a way to loan him again/ somewhere better. But if he wanted to play regularly then fair enough.

I think potentially with Lookman, although I never had that much hope in him if im honest. I think Vlasic just wanted to play and if he wasnt going to do that he was off, which is fair enough. Its just criminal really that we let a player go that is now rumoured to be valued at 25 million whilst we have given Tom Davies 29 games this season. Vlasic was always a better option than Davies yet he never got afforded the opportunites he has.

Vlasic is never going to make it as a top top player.

It’s all good and well to think like the more progressive European teams but it’s easier to finish top 5 in Germany or Netherlands than England. The EpL grind is tough and you need more quality right from the off.
