When fit and in form, the lad is a genius.

Right back aside (and we are no better/worse off than we were in that position 12 months ago, really), I think we have more balance in the squad now than the one he joined last summer.

If used appropriately and I trust the manager to do so he can be a major asset for us. Harry Kane aside, possibly Son too but purely due to his industry and production, I canít think of a better player playing for the teams in our mini-league, i.e., Spurs, Arsenal, WHU, Villa, Leicester, Leeds.

He can be a difference maker for us this season I think. Letís enjoy him for what will be his final year with us for sure.

Ah well, at least if he stays we'll be able to take a corner that beats the first man.

One thing the lad can do is whip in a set piece!

Even though the mabager doesn't want him and he doesn't fit the system. Not forgetting he's really not arsed about being here. Mental take. 200k a week bit part uninterest sub.

Fixed it for you.
If you keep saying £200k if doesn't automatically become true yano.
It's not even that difficult to find multiple sources which say he's on £90k a week 🙈

I mean come on there's literally the square route of fuck all chance he's on 90k a week. It's utterly delusional. He left real Madrid on a free and got 2 thirds of what Bernard got. It's mad that you'd believe it. It's nonsensical. There's also plenty of sources claiming he's on 200k. Odd that we can't shift him given he's on such reasonable wages

Other than the voice in your head, where are the sources he's on £200k a week?

Google it and literally website after website after website say he's on just under £5m a year from us and that he took a huge pay cut.

World class and only on 90k a week and yet we are stuck with him. How very odd.

Next you'll be telling me the added exposure in South America has covered all the costs anyway. Such a great deal but we are desperate to shift him on a free.

Not it's not.
Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're right.
