To quote myself from another topic:

"Brighton worry me as they have outplayed Chelsea and United so far this season (in the league, I watched both) and are extremely unlucky to have come away with nothing at all from both games. If they keep playing that way they will eventually get what they deserve, I just hope that's not against us. Any complacency from us, they will pounce."

We will need to be on it, if we are, then we are clearly the better team ability wise and should win comfortably. Come out half assed and these will give us a proper game.

Brighton look good but they concede too many goals and seem very naive from set pieces. I think if we have the right attitude and continue with our set piece prowess then it could be comfortable. We just have to make sure we're at it from the off.

I think it's time to accept the fact we are a legit good team and we should be expecting to win on Saturday. Simple as that.
As long as we show Brighton the respect they deserve, we should beat them. Ends as anything else and its a great result for them.

If Gordon has recovered i'd consider throwing him in for Richarlison or DCL even, at this stage.
Then give either of them 2 the last 20 minutes to run the Brighton defence ragged to seal the result.

I was with you all the way, until DCL. He's got to start if hes fit.

You don't leave your top inform striker out...ever!
If Richarlison isn't 100% then possibly put him on the bench as security. Don't risk him if he could make his injury worse. Save him for the Derby.
Have to field strongest possible team to keep the momentum going into the break.
Just pray DCL comes through his full England debut well.
Good luck Dom, you deserve it.

Just hope we don’t miss Allan too much. Thankfully we’ve got Doucoure that can beast the middle of the park with James. Just need an anchor to replace him. Could Gylfi do it?

I'm not sure I'd risk Delph in this one, he picks up injuries when he plays regularly, and until Allan is back we may need to rely on him being fit for a while... Unless of course Allan is just out for 3 weeks, then it's not an issue.  Wouldn't want Allan out for 3 months and then Delph get injured too.

I'd rest Richarlison too given he's too important to risk with a ligament injury.

A midfield of:

Gomes - Sig - Doucoure

Plus Iwobi in for Richarlison.

I think we'd still have too much for Brighton but might not be quite as comfortable as with a full strength team.

He will have 2 weeks to get over it

Delph doesn't seem to get 2 week injuries is the issue I have... Unless you're talking about Richarlison, and in that case yeah he might be ok to play if it's minor, which hopefully it is.

Reckon we'll win this something ridiculous. Huge scoreline with both teams scoring 3 or more.

Should beat these even without richy and Allan. Feel like this game may really set the pace for how our season goes. Either scrapping for 7th or putting an actual push in for 4th

I think I'd rather have Bernard in rather than Wobs.
