Might see Bernard in the middle based on how we have set up in the cups and depending on if Richarlison makes it or not.

I am not sure Delph will start, as Shogun says 90 minutes on Wednesday makes it unlikely he starts.

Will be tough without a direct threat like Richarlison and a much weakened midfield. They have looked decent this year for the most part.

I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

Bring Bernard in right for Richarlison - whether he recovers in time or not.

In the middle? God knows. Doucoure, Davies and Iwobi at the point maybe?
Glad i'm not a top flight manager of a team with rotten injury luck

I don't want to see Bernard on the wing again, tbh.

I'm not sure Richarlison or James have been playing as wingers really, have they? One drives in whereever he picks up the ball, the other makes the ball fly to wherever he wants it to fly to.
Bernard is capable of pushing forward and finding space for a shot/a square ball.

Suppose Gordon probably deserves some minutes in this game though.

I know, it's just he's struggled there massively. The bright sparks he's shown this season have all come as part of the midfield 3.

Hopefully Richy solves that problem by being fit, anyway.

Gordon and Kean both sick for midweek game. Kean not available still, so guess Gordon probs not available either.
Gylfi deffo a starter, but who else in midfield is anyone's guess.
My money on Delph alongside Gylfi and Doucoure.

Richy on the bench. As much as I want us to beat Brighton, he has to be fit for the derby, and if Iwobi at £35m can't replace him adequately, then why on earth is he an Everton player.

A win with key players missing would send out a clear message to the whole of the PL thay this Everton side is the real deal and not the largely gutless bag of shite that they have been used to facing in previous seasons.
With the additions that we have made to the squad over the summer, you would hope that the likes of Sigurdsson, Iwobi and even Delph would see an opportunity to step up and give Ancelloti some selection headaches when Allan and Richarlison are fully fit again. Hopefully, they will rise to the challenge as all three do have ability. They just need to seize their opportunities with both hands and make sure that they make themselves impossible to drop.

Seems the most logical. Losing both Allan, Kene, and Richarlison def stifles ya a bit.
