Honestly I think in the near future we will see a major switch.

The idea that managers and DOF wages / signing fees are so discordant with the mental prices being paid for players...I mean, who do you think would be more likely to save everton - tarkowski or Dyche? Griezmann or Simeone?

The idea of value is being challenged, but weirdly at the same time that player prices and wages are shooting up like nobodies business.

Strange times coming for football, if you’re comparing it to why you’ve seen in the past then you might be in for a shock.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

Haha is it!

That's hilarious.

I don't know but it looks more like him than the crazy Argentinian manager

Could be him. But is that the Novohotel though? The bag's a bit odd too. Looks like he has a load of those blue ice blocks you put in cooler bags in it

In the NHL there's a salary cap. But that cap only pertains to players on your roster. Not coaching, scouts, etc.  there has been quite a large movement in expanding back room staffs and paying coaches quite a lot of money now. expanding of back room staffs includes paying analytical personnel. Landscape has changed a bit, and building a team is much different now.

Listen I am a big advocate of the 14 month rollercoaster he would take us on. I just don't want people getting their hopes up, or fuming about it.
