At least we are at 0-0 at half time, perhaps that was part of the plan, still I can't believe that with 3 central midfielders in the park we are hardly able to dominate more the game and Watford look the more dangerous going forward.

Maybe in the next 45 minutes we might come up with a plan to create one or even two chances.

Rooney has to come off, Lookman on.

Again he’s played the only chance in the game.

Should be more Gueye who isn’t tackling and gives the ball away nearly every time.

Wide player on, Sigurdsson deeper.

Two teams playing dull football. I'm confident about our future because these players are being hamstrung by long ball, predictable tactics

Watford's attacking stuff is usually ok to watch. Not the fanciest but plenty of pace and penetration. Wish we were as good as them going forward. Would have Richarlison here too.

His "CHARGE!" approach to defending us is leaving us exposed, over and over, week after week.

I don't care how hard he works, he needs benching.

Noi for Watford.

Although I have 0-0 in the prediction league.

Why was he so much more effective last year? Barry?

If only we had a playmaker like that English lad who looks good for them.

This one's good, but in English. :)

Thanks but the picture on the Russian one is 10 times better with no lags or anything and I don't have to listen to some smug, thic ex-footballer giving his cliche-laced, half-baked analysis.

Much appreciated for trying to help a brother out though x

Gueye always moves towards the ball, there was more than once where we already had a player or even two near a Watford player on the ball and he charged over leaving us exposed.

Sometimes that works to win the ball higher up the pitch but we can't be leaving ourselves so exposed.

Can't understand why Rooney should come off, clearly the most likely to score or create a goal and although he had an awful giveaway that's not sufficient to take off our only legit goal threat.

That's certainly part of it. The other part is we hadn't seen a skilled ball-winner in a couple of years.

He was just as ineffective in the second half of last season so the warning signs were there. It's become a full-blown problem now that we can't attack.
