If we want to challenge for European places no, we need better quality
If we are looking at consolidating not being relegated then yeah
Simply simply lovely

Looks like Aaron Lennon is off to Burnley. He's been one of our better players, but the signing of Walcott makes this a sensible move, I suppose. Good luck to him, he put a fair shift in for us like. :)

Good decision and best of luck to the lad in the future. Burnley's a great move for him.
Jeff: That's not the way to win.
Kathie: Is there a way to win?
Jeff: There's a way to lose more slowly.

Shame, make sense I suppose but I liked what he brought as an option. Thought he still had a use here.

Fair play and good luck. Always tried hard but just lacked that bit of quality to propel him to the next level.  Hope he remains healthy and does well for Burnley

I assume it's safe to judge him as a footballer now. Heaven only knows why Burnley want him but good for him and us anyway.

I'd of liked him to stay. Think both him and Barry before him had roles to play. He'll be missed for his workrate and defensive abilities in tight games.

Anyone any clue what we are getting for him? I know it's undisclosed. Did we even get a fee for Barry?

A little risky to sell a player to one of our rivals.
