I can't see how many think it's a lot better than it has been. We haven't made their goalie do a thing. And this is a shit Chelsea team

Only caught the last 15min.

mothing seems to have changed, it does seem we run around the field without the ball in a more stylish manner. has no useful effect but it looks good.

What do you expect after just 90 minutes of training?

To be fair, the organization is better, and there seems to be more of a plan, but much work to be done.

Can't really expect much more, it was never going to change massively with only a one and a half hour session before they left yesterday. We've a young lad making his debut and two others in midfield who've hardly featured all season (has McCarthy even played?) Mirallas hasn't exactly been tearing it up and Davies has looked short on confidence all season.

It'll come together better after a few more sessions, this game can just be looked at as one of those sessions to get us playing the Unsworth wants us to.

I miss Baines when he used to be up at their corner flag for large chunks of the game

We're not offering virtually anything. But for the first time in a while, I can see a team, even if some of them have still got the jitters. Much more shape. That's about all really. Can't see where a goal's going to come from.

We have a shape, some organisation and we actually run. Those things alone are a big improvement.

We are playing the Champions away from home yano. Yeah they've made changes but so have we.

If Ron was still in charge we'd be out of this game by now.

I'd keep the same shape and put Lookman on for the ghost on the left.

Who? there's nobody on the left..

Genuine question.... all those moaning that "nothing has changed", what exactly did you expect, given Unsworth has had one training session with the lads?

We look more determined and there is an actual shape to the team. That is all we can realistically ask for from this game.

The more this season goes on the more you realise Barkley and Lukaku were carrying that team last year. Barkley may have been frustrating as fuck but at least he wasn’t scared of the football like all these lot.

I think McCarthy played once, aggravated his injury(ies)?  Fuck if I recall which match.

Everyone should have seen that, we just didn't want to.

Beni picking the wrong passes there. Rooney pulled into a good position and there was space out wide.
