I expect us to lose this unfortunately because they are much better than us and we don't appear to have settled yet until a Koeman way of doing things so anything we get from it would be great

All those who wanted Barkley dropped get their wish. Hope you enjoy the performance Tom Cleverley is about to produce.

He's played better than Barkley recently.

He's a good player and certainly a better option in this type of game than Barkley.

He's been dogshit mate.

Unless you want a player to give stupid fouls away at 1-0 down in the dying embers of the game, that is.

Oviedo again?

We're going to get bummed.
Jeff: That's not the way to win.
Kathie: Is there a way to win?
Jeff: There's a way to lose more slowly.

Played well against Zaha and Sane looks a bit out of his depth (understandably) when I've seen him come on for City.

He hasn't been dogshit at all.

I don't see how people can say cleverley has been shite then defend barkleys recent performances.

Hope we take a risk and keep Bolasie and del high up the pitch.

If we do that there's a win in this for us.

It's good having a manager who isn't afraid to drop out of form players.

Mirallas should consider himself lucky to be on the bench. I don't think it's going too far to say the last few games may have been the least impactful spell he's ever had for us.

Happy with that. Except Oviedo.

Where's Baines?

He did do well against Zaha, after a shaky start. But City's movement will have his head spinning. He won't just be up against one player for the whole match. Sterling will be out there at times, sometime Sane, sometimes Iheanacho, maybe even KDB and Silva at times.

I'm quite fearful here, with De Bruyne back.
