Loan to RB with Lookman to develop a partnership?

Accidentally liked that.

Lookman needs to be with us next season.

I agree Lookman does need to be with us, but I like the idea of forging a good relationship with RB, blooding our youngsters and getting a good knowledge of their up and coming youth would help us.

Leipzig are a much better side than us right now and they only reason he is in loan there is because they want to sign him permanently, as they have an excellent scouting network of European talent.

I WANT him with us next season... I just worry until we sort ourselves out that we'll RUIN players like him and Lookman.

Decent move. Getting experience of playing for a big club, with pressure and in front of decent crowds should help his development.

He'll still be lined up for 2019-20 with us, right?

Think the work permit situation is the issue for 'Our Henry' and hopefully, this loan away will iron out the requirements and he will be here in 2019-20 season.

He'll be retired before we can get a work permit for him.

If he is as "young" as Yakubu that be true for real.

Does anyone know the criteria that Onyekuru will need to tick off in order to obtain a work permit for next season?

Will playing for Galatasary in the Champions League be enough, or will he need to play a certain amount of times for Nigeria this year?

Basic requirements is percentage of international caps.

There is a caveat for "exceptional talent" though - so if he tore it up in the champs league we may have grounds for an appeal in that direction.
