It's the same deal if he stays or goes though. Isn't it? He'll never win anything for us, we've been declining for a few years now. At least with a new manager you have the hope of something new and with these players they have the potential to be better.

Ok. We'll do nothing then and finish 8th every season and have no chance in the cups then. I think that's why people don't do things with their own lives. Too scared of change and failing.
