Pardew Banned from the touchline for this. I'd like to think this will make a big difference.

Their keeper Tim Krul has an elbow injury, and won't be playing for the Dutch team tomorrow (was weak on crosses against the Turks), might still be against us.
Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)

That's what I thought about last season semi against the neighbours.

With no expectations we flourish. We seem to suffer under expectation. I don't know where it stems from.

It's always easier being an underdog. I mentioned this exact point 2 seasons ago already and everybody laughed at me. It is how it is. We have a psychological barrier to break through.

This is true. I think alot has come down to the players in our squad over the years tho...
We have had players who lets be honest moyes gets the best out them. Your osmans, hibberts, cahill's ect's are not top quality players who believe they are winners. We'v always lacked game winners aswell.

I truly believe looking at the squad now we not only have game winners but in players like Gibson fellaini pienaar mirallas jelavic Heitinga Baines jags Naismith, we have players who believe they could play in the top top teams and have a winning mentality.

Winning breeds confidence... We also need some bad performances where we still win. Once we get that physiological winners mentality, we will thrive.

Maybe we should bring Ivan Lendl into the frame?

It will take us four finals to win one though

Getting to a final would be a good start.

This is a must win. If we have any designs on a good league position this has to be a good win. Unlike other seasons we seem to have started well, notwithstanding the last match, so anything other than a good win will be a major setback. I expect the team to make amends for last week's embarrassing display

I worry that we will revert to our usual early season form and play horribly and get beat 1-0 or absolutely hammer them and lose 2-1 to careless mistakes
