Reid's logic is garbage though (as usual). Extending that logic would mean you just stick with every manager you have no matter how badly he's doing, well beyond the breaking point, just because Kendall turned things around and went on to do brilliantly.

He also emotively mentions Kendall because he's loved by the fanbase. We should've fired Martinez much sooner, for example. We don't owe Koeman any special loyalty. He came here for the money, he's been poor and appears to be getting worse.
