I'm absolutely gutted that we've gone out of the FA Cup. Proud of that second half performance, but gutted and angry at the first half performance that has cost us.

FFS we need to learn how to finish.....had Fell put that shot anywhere but where he did we would have bagged a draw.

First half display was nothing short of shocking.

Wasted that completely. Was a kind draw to be honest and now we're fucking out.

Just didn't take our chances second half. Saha x2, Vaughan x2, Fellaini x2 chances. Great to see Mikky Arteta though, thought he added really quality when he came on, and went into the middle. It will have to Eurpoa cup we win this year then!

this

On a positive note, Arteta is back. He didn't look as rusty as I thought he would, seen as that was his first game for almost a year, but he clearly isn't at his best. But we know what he can do, so I'm happy.

So sad to go out though. Birmingham will never win this tournament playing like that. They just defended and defended and it's very frustrating. If they come up against a team like Arsenal or Chelsea later on, they're out. And if we'd just played like that all game then we really could have beaten them, no probs.

Fuck...
Oh well, at least Baines is still ace.

Bollox gave ourselves too much to do there - second half much improved performance and it needed to be but wasn't our day today.

Think it's a only fair to give Birmingham a bit of credit for pressing it all over the pitch today and making life difficult for us too tbh. But at the end of the day that bit of quality in front of goal wasn't there today, not the first time you could say that this season is it!
