Hopefully.

The analysis of his reign does my head in. I think the truth now is that Liverpool are living on past glories and are a top 6 team, not a top 4 team. He has cash but didn't spend it too wisely in my opinion, but when it's all said and done, they'll probably be in and around the European places.

hoping for a cracker of a game and a 2-0 for us; we've got the bodies fit to manage a result, just need to make it happen on the pitch

Came to thread just to see if it was here and you fulfilled my need for the NicD preview special.

My prediction isn't as favorable though. 1-1 with Baines and Kuyt

Must admit I'm quite concerned about this one the closer it gets. My main worry is that we won't pick the right starting 11. If we focus on just trying to contain them, with Cahill up front on his own I can see a horror show and last minute defeat. Would truly love to see us Attack them and batter them tomorrow as all the horrible red shites in work have already started givin it loads 'Suarez is gonna destroy ya', all that, and I hate that horrible dirty little cheating bastard!Come on Blues let's beat these!
You think Lou Bega knocked it out of the park with Mambo number 1?!No but he kept at it!

I recall last years derby .played on a Sunday ,lovely sunny day ,remember strolling through the city centre , blue shirts everywhere . Then the bus up County Road ,blues standing outside all the pubs ,the fantastic roar when the teams ran out . Same again this year please and an early goal to settle my nerves  :woohoo:  :hail:  8)
We are special ,we are Everton.

Stealth I agree with you on this. If we start out with 11 looking to defend and condense then we will not be too fortunate. Our success is going to be depending on getting the starting 11 right and bringing the game to them and not the reverse.

I think the plan will be similar to what we did against Wigan. Put them under immense pressure when they have the ball and cause them to cough up possession. As NicD says in his blog, we have the most interceptions in the league this year and that's in no small part due to our ability to put pressure on the opposition defence and midfield.

I think we'll win a close game,2-1  with Cahill and Coleman scoring.

bad times  - less than 24 hours to go and still not a sellout

But it will sell out.
