Sold their captain and the 3rd highest scorer in SPL history during this transfer window and haven't REALLY replaced them. Going a bit downhill for Mowbray (sp?).

I think it's pretty obvious that Mowbray and Celtic have written off this season. He's having a clearout of Strachan players, and then will try to bring his own brand of football to the team, and his own players.

Fair play to him, it's a big risk with fans like them, but I'm sure they'll buy into. Take a step back to make two forward.

Next summer Rangers won't have zip to spend, Mendes has gone, and Weir can't go much longer, Celtic will have money to spend, and will strenghten in the summer.

They can't ask much more from Rasmussen either. Came on in the 64th minuted and scored in the 67th. Nice debut. If they can somehow get the money or agree some kind of long term deal for Keane, they could have a decent year next season.

Yeah, it'll take a while to get going. The Celtic fans can be difficult to live with, but I'm sure Mowbray can get through it.

They'll finish second, regardless.

Yes, on loan till the end of the season, but when he goes what's left? Samaras for christ sake!

Well it'll be an interesting summer trying to replace McDonald in the long term.

A Dutch left-back who played for Steve McClaren's FC Twente last year, and was on the verge of the Dutch national team.
This didn't escape Louis van Gaal, and bought him for Bayern Munich for a snippet.
Apparantly he hasn't done well there, but I haven't seen him play, so I can't judge.
Seems like a good move for Celtic though.

I would have liked him here as cover for Baines.

Just lost to Kilmarnock 1-0. Oh dear.

First time in nearly nine years since Killie beat Celtic.

Saw the second half in a pub in town and Celtic definitely should have equalised though, they just didn't take their chances.

I think Keane will do very well up there judging by last night.

He'll be fine, but the league has really slipped in quality the past few seasons.
