Dowd for the derby is fair. For all his critics he does not pander to pre madonnas and calls it as he sees it without any bias. But yes he can get it wrong i just dont think he is a weasel like some....atkinson, could of been worse!

Awesome, Dowd is a fair referee, doesn't make rash decisions and knows how to calm a situation down.
I'm more trusting of fellas when they have my cock in their mouth

agree I think we will handle the pressure OK - Halsey used to be OK - long time ago though - sure we will beat  spurs 2-1

Could be getting mixed up here but isn't Dowd usually card happy?all refs in derbies should be told not to show any cards for half an hour
You think Lou Bega knocked it out of the park with Mambo number 1?!No but he kept at it!

Drenthe + Derby= Red card
Highly likely!

I wonder what the odds are for Drenthe getting sent off...

The next few games stench of Heitinga in Midfield. Jags and distin at the centre of defence. Watch this space.

I'd hope not. Jags cannot just walk back in, sends a terrible message to Distin/Heitinga who've played very well.

Clarion Call.

0-1 saha

Didn't Saha play for us in the cup?

If so, doesn't that make him ineligible to play?
I could no more change my team than I could chop my balls off.

It's not a cup game though is it? And he played for spurs against Stevenage. Also think he has signed there permanently so can play

Tbf if all CM options are unavailable, would rather heitinga in midfield than Neville. It's no reflection on heitinga or distin if jags comes in allowing heitinga to play CM.

Tbf it would actually be a good call getting jags some mins on the pitch with the busy schedule coming up.
