My beloved alway get me excited and then let me down.
Dont let me down blues.

I think well win every game up to the semi and build up such momentum

Osman was fantastic last night. Had another tweet on BBC last night comparing him to Iniesta in terms of the way he plays. brilliant last night.

Seen a few people on here saying that and I certainly do not want to start picking on negatives after what was a brilliant team performance but that is completely opposite to what I saw. He is incredibly light weight and gets knocked off the ball easily - this happened repeatedly last night. He wants an age on the ball and gets caught napping - this also kept happening. He aavoids tackling, jogs back when play breaks down and is generally slowing play down. He has had some great games this season but last night was not one of them IMO.

i've got to say i was 50/50 on him last night. some nice through balls, lots of close control as usual and an excellent volley, but he did get brushed aside often as usual, held onto the ball a bit too much, i just never felt confident with him on the ball...but i did feel he may be able to create something.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

I'm probably being too harsh on him - I do recognise his qualities but was just surprised that he was geeting picked out as a star performer. Not worth finding anything to gripe about when there was so much to enjoy!

Eric was class in his day.

My thoughts exactly. Didn't think he played poorly but I kept noticing how many times he got caught in possession. Granted that could just be due to the fact he lost the ball at times of good build-up so I noticed it more.

I think it was due to him playing wide right to be honest, had a good game overall though.

It would be typical Everton to go from that performance and be absolutely shite against West Brom.

Nevertheless I am going for 3-1 to us.

Was confident we would beat Chelsea a while back, even got the score right. But I was quite confident of beating Arsenal and got that Wrong.
It all depends on who is picked and who is rested here. If there are no wholesale Changes i.e. one maybe two? I can't for the life of me not see us winning this. I hope he plays as strong a team that is available. Maybe give Distin a rest? and replace Gueye with Pienaar. Seems to me they are all happier playing loads of games and not having to do the David Moyes boot camp stuff.

The danger, for both the team and the crowd, is that after all these big games in a short space of time (this is the first "normal" home game for about 8 weeks) this one just seems abit "meh".

I know the team will be prepared right and will intend to go out with the same attitude but it only takes a subconscious dip and the difference will be noticeable.

The same with the crowd. We will be very expectant after Tuesday; hopefully even if it's not going to plan early on the crowd at least stops its from being too negative.

Ideally of course everyone will have taken a massive confidence boost from this recent patch of form and we'll win reasonably comfortably.
